AKARSH DESIGNS PROJECT STORY

A calm 4BHK villa, designed for a family of four

At Trifecta Verde En Resplandor, the brief was not to make a neutral villa look empty. It was to make a three-floor family home feel calm, personal and consistently resolved from concept to completion.

1. A neutral palette needed continuity, not sameness

White, cream and beige establish a shared foundation across all three levels. Curved forms, warm timber, woven surfaces and layered lighting give that calm base character without visual noise.

2. Family life called for related spaces, not identical rooms

The twins’ rooms share the home’s neutral foundation but take on different rhythms through muted blue, sage, warm timber flooring and playful geometry. The intention was to keep the home coherent while allowing each room to support its own life.

3. The design had to survive the journey to site

Key proportions, joinery, lighting and finishes were resolved in the approved 3D direction, then carried through the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, wardrobes, study and family spaces. The rendered-versus-actual comparisons in the completed case study make that continuity visible.

The principle behind the project

For Charuta, a coherent design language is not about making every room look the same. It is a way to hold a family’s routines, preferences, material choices and architectural character together—while protecting the intent through execution.
